You may have noticed something looks different.
CDAS has a new look!

We wanted to take a moment to explain why and what it means for you and our community.
First things first: what hasn't changed
What hasn’t changed is the most important bit.
- You can still get free, confidential support around drugs and alcohol
- You don’t need a referral to get in touch
- You’ll still see the same friendly faces
- We’re still based in Hanley in Stoke-on-Trent
- We still meet people where they’re at, without judgement
So why change the look?
We work with people from all walks of life. Adults, young people, families, friends and professionals. We wanted how we look to better reflect that.
We heard from people who said they weren’t sure if CDAS was for them, what support they could access through us, and how to take the first step.
The rebrand is about making sure everyone understands who we are, what we do, and how to get in touch with us.
It’s also about making sure how we look online and in the community reflects the experience people have in our service - warm, calm, and non-judgemental.
What's new
A clearer website
Our new website makes it easier to:
- See what support is available
- Find drop-in times and locations
- Learn about harm reduction and staying safer
- Get support for yourself or someone you care about
You’ll also find new accessibility tools on the website, like text size and language options. Just click the blue button in the right-hand corner of any page.
A warmer welcome
Our new look reflects Stoke-on-Trent. Real people. Real lives. Real support.
No scary language, labels, or judgement.
If you’re facing challenges relating to drugs or alcohol, our service is here for you, when you need it.
What we want you to know
If you are a CDAS client, we want to reassure you that nothing has changed in terms of the support you receive. Even though how we look has changed, your support remains the same.
If you haven’t yet reached out, we want you to know:
- You don’t have to be ‘ready’ to get in touch
- You don’t have to know what you want
- You don’t have to quit to get support
- You’re never wasting our time
Whether you’re facing challenges yourself, or supporting someone else, or you just want to talk things through, you’re welcome here.
We're still CDAS
This rebrand isn’t about changing who we are.
It’s about making sure anyone affected by drugs or alcohol in Stoke-on-Trent can recognise us, trust us, and access support sooner.
If our new look helps even one person feel more confident about reaching out, it’s worth it!
However you choose to connect, we’re here for you. You’re not alone.
