If you are using an opiate based drug, one of our specialist doctors will assess your suitability for a prescription. So instead of using an illegal substance like heroin, we may prescribe you a controlled drug such as Methadone or Buprenorphine. This may help you stabilise your dependence, and develop a plan to reduce your medication at a pace that suits you.
If you are having difficulty with alcohol, we can support you in the same way. Our specialist doctors will assess your suitability and develop the same type of plan, but may prescribe Acamprosate. Which ever option you choose, your recovery coordinator will support you along your recovery journey.
